MDF QUALITY : Care crafted quality. None better.

THE MDF Acoustica 747XP Stethoscope is a MAJOR VALUE. Now, most of us are familiar with 3M / LITTMANN Models. The LITTMANN line, is a MEDIUM RANGE line of scopes. They've been around for 55 years, in one incarnation, or, another. They work, and they work pretty well, if you want a compact stethoscope that is handy, and, EXPENSIVE. On balance it didn't cost a great deal and its light weight. Unlike the toy-like light weight seths you can buy for a few pounds I find the diaphragm works well enough for listening to lungs and picking up additional sounds. I can hear bowel sounds and I can auscultate a blood pressure with it too. The bell I havent really had any success with yet as it seems quiet or rather the backgorund is too noisy to be able to use it.
