The Pads Stickiness Fails After 4 Uses

I bought the Omron Electro-Therapy device back in January 2016 from thekingofdeals-0054. I made sure to buy two of them marked as NEW (one for me and one for my mother). I got it earlier than expected and tried it out. It doesn't have a lot of power but seemed to work pretty well. I used it 4 times and after the 4th try, the pads had lost all their stickiness. I resorted to taping them on me with cellophane tape. The device still works, but not as well because the pads aren't flush on my skin. I initially told the company that I had a problem with the pads and just today heard back from them.
