How much is shipping?

Freight varies depending on the product specs like weights, dimensions and shipping address. While some products carry a flat rate, others do not. To check how much you will be charged for shipping, simply add the desired products and quantity to your cart and input your 'ship to' information in the required fields. A shipping rate will be displayed before placing your order.


What is your schedule of operation?

Our staff is ready to assist you from Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm EST.


How do I find my product?

You can search for products by using the search feature in our website. Located near the top area of the website, the search bar is optimized to search by product number/sku, by product descriptions, brands and manufacturers. I don't want to pay for shipping, where can I pick up my package?

Our company is an online retail store of medical supplies and we currently do not have any walk in stores for pick-ups or purchasing. We ship orders from one of our many warehouses around the US. We are sure you will find our website to be user friendly and easy to use. Shopping for your medical products only takes a few clicks.


Is my information sold to other entities?

Our company does not sell or distribute your information to any entity. We do not store your credit card information on file either. Some information (name, address, product purchased, email) of your previous orders remain in our database for record keeping and to facilitate on hand information for your future orders.


How do I check on my order?

How do you deal with your site's security?

How long does it take for me to receive my product?

The majority of our items are delivered between 1-6 business days via regular ground. However, if you are in dire need of a particular item, we have next day and 2nd day delivery options as well. Do you bill my insurance?

We currently do not belong to any insurance network. However, we do provide HCPCs codes in your invoice for reimbursement purposes. Since we cater to out of pocket buyers, we strive to keep prices low and affordable.
