Eugene G.I would have loved to give these 5 stars because they look great and feel great. However, I can't because of 2 important issues. I wear compression stockings to prevent swelling in my legs. I had not worn these very many times. I hand wash them in cold water and hang them up to dry. When I wear them now, my legs are swollen at the end of the day. I know that the elasticity will wear out over usage which is why you need to replace them every six months. For the number of times that I have worn them, the elasticity should still be good. David D.Where do I begin. IWhere do I begin. I have been wearing compression stockings for 30 years or better. The reason I started; ulcers developed in my lower left leg. Spent about a year, going to a medical clinic in Ruskin, Fl., seeing a couple of doctors, who were no doubt at the bottom of their graduating class.
