    good alternative to pull-ups
    I typically use disposable underwear (pull-ups) for protection against sudden urinary leakage from OAB in the daytime. When travelling by car or air that product type is difficult to change. I dislike wearing tabbed briefs (diapers) outside the home because of bulk, comfort and stigma. I decided to try these stretch briefs as an alternative and have found them to be a very satisfactory solution. The stretch velcro fastening system is secure and comfortable. Absorption and leakage protection is satisfactory for daytime use and they are not hot to wear. They are not very bulky and don't show in

    I think I read all the reviews. My family member is still ambulatory so situation Is different from a mostly/all bed confined patient. The Pros: more generous absorbing ability/area. Don't have to remove lower clothing for each change. Cons: larger and bulkier. Tabs can be adjusted but no stretchy area for waist comfort and ease of pulling up and down for toilet trips. More complicated to put on than briefs and patients that could put on briefs can not manage these by himself. In the end it just depends on each individual situation. I bought the small/medium and they do run large.
